Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic care is used most often to treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches.
Doctors of Chiropractic – often referred to as chiropractors or chiropractic physicians – practice a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care that includes patient examination, diagnosis and treatment. Chiropractors have broad diagnostic skills and are also trained to recommend therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises, as well as to provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling.

From sports injuries to post-operative rehabilitation we have worked with all kinds of patients and look forward to working with you as well.
Sports Performance & Strength and Conditioning
We have worked with athletes of all sorts in order to address both specific areas of concern as well as general performance on the field or court. We additionally specialize in working with non-conventional athletes such as hikers, mountain bikers, surfers, martial artists, and weight-lifters. We start from an the standpoint of basic movement patterns and a solid foundation and then build specialty skills from there. This approach seeks to reinforce core biomechanical positions and movement and then achieve mastery through a variety of strategies.
Coming Soon: We are proud to announce that starting soon we will be offering classes for patients in groups of 3-5 centered around using unconventional training and strength and conditioning work to reinforce and retrain core movement patterns. The goal of these classes is to retrain to the point where you can participate in any sort of physical activity or class and gain full advantage from your effort. This package will include 3 classes/week for 6 weeks.
